Robin Buckley
Robin has been involved in the growth of lacrosse in the Milwaukee area since he moved here in 1997. One of the founding members of the Milwaukee Lacrosse Club, Milwaukee Area Youth Lacrosse Association and the Wisconsin Lacrosse Federation-Wisconsin Chapter of U.S. Lacrosse, Robin's goal is to help grow the nation's oldest sport throughout the greater Milwaukee area and Southeastern Wisconsin. Robin has been playing lacrosse since 1982 when he made the transition to lacrosse attending school in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He played three years of high school lacrosse and was a four-year starter at Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois. Since graduating in 1989, Robin has been involved playing club lacrosse and coaching at all levels. Through his nineteen years experience coaching youth, high school and college lacrosse, Robin invokes a solid fundamental approach to the game of lacrosse, an understanding of the history of the game and a positive experience to all the players.
"Stick skills are the key to a good lacrosse player. They should be worked on outside of practice, so you can work all the other parts of the game during practice."
Robin serves as the president of the Wisconsin Lacrosse Federation, Executive Director of MAYLA and the Midwest Regions Counsel to US Lacrosse. He is also the current coach of the Milwaukee School of Engineering(MSOE) Lacrosse team and the University School of Milwaukee Lacrosse team.
Sidney Jones
Sidney played high school lacrosse in Upstate New York. He played college lacrosse in Minnesota for the Gophers and post-college lacrosse for the "Minnesota Chill" and "Minnesota Lakers". For the previuos four years Sidney coached the Marquette University Men's Lacrosse team. He has been involved in the private and small group lessons offered to new and experienced players. Sid has been an offensive player in both the indoor and outdoor game. He headed the Milwaukee Select high school team this past summer. Sidney is on the practice squad of the MLL Chicago Machine. He will be making a run at playing professional indoor lacrosse for the Chicago Shamrocks this year.

He has been a coach for the youth indoor lacrosse with Hot4Lax for five years.
Rich Pruszynski
Rich is a Pittsburgh, PA native who attended Marquette University, played for four years, captained the team and received all-conference honors as a defenseman his senior year. After graduation in 2003, Rich returned to the Pittsburgh area where he coached high school lacrosse, taking his team to the state tournament. Coach Rich has been the Marquette University High School head coach for three years.
Peter Callahan
A native of Wauwatosa, WI, Peter currently plays lacrosse at Savanah School of Arts and Design (DII), where he has received all-conference honors two years in a row. Peter will be coaching the Milwaukee Select team again this year and coaching at the Hot4Lax summer camps.
Jim Dodge
Coach Dodge, an upstate New York native, plays "old school" lacrosse. He attended Syracuse University and played lacrosse there in the early 80's. Jim has been involved with both the indoor and outdoor youth teams through MAYLA and Hot4Lax. We look forward to his return. An advocate of the finess game and a "Stick Doctor", his advice is..."A great lacrosse stick is a stick which is strung to compliment your cradling and shooting style. If you want to be a great lacrosse player you need to have a great lacrosse stick and at the very least know how to maintain it."
