Goalie Clinic on Saturday, November 12th
Hot4Lax Goalie Clinic
Work with Division I and MLL goalie George Counes on all the necessary skills to be a top goalie.
There will be two two-hour sessions for goalies to work on stance, hand positioning and strategy.
Goalie training will be held on Saturday, November 12th at the Hot4Lax Lacrosse Center in Waukesha.
Hot4Lax will provide goalies with the essential skills necessary to stop shooters from near and far. Coaches will work with players on specific skills and team concepts to prepare for the season. These programs are designed for new and experienced youth and high school players.
Video training and one-on-one coaching available.
Coach - George Counes - Former MLL goalie and Division I starter at Rutgers University. George has been a college assistant lacrosse coach at Michigan State, PACE, and Navy.
Sessions start at 9:00 am.

Hot4Lax Lacrosse Center Group/ Private Lessons - Fall 2011
The off-season is the time to develop and improve your game. Work with our coaching staff on a one-on-one basis or in a small group environmanet. The individual training classes will be held at:

Classes will be held in the afternoon or evenings in one-hour segments on Tuesday, Thursday's, Fridays and Saturday.
Students can enroll in classes for five, ten or fifteen sessions. Classes start Saturday Mornings - private lessons and group instruction from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Youth and high school players can work with Coaches Boylan or Buckley on one hour personal instruction.
The facility has a small indoor turf field. Gym shoes are best. Please bring full equipment for all sessions.

Fall Clinics - 2011
Fall Clinics will run on Saturday or Sunday, from August 24th to November 1st. They are typically 1-2 hours in length. They will be held in various locations. Clinics are co-ed and open to boys and girls grades 3 to 12. Parents are welcome to participate as well.
Lacrosse combines the best of basketball, hockey and soccer. Hot4Lax staff instructs the boys and girls in stick handling, dodging, shooting and defense. The emphasis is on individual skill development, learning the rules and sportsmanship. We include fun contests and scrimmages. Players should bring their own water bottles. Participants will receive a clinic shirt and solid fundamental coaching.
Equipment:
All participants are required to wear the appropriate protective gear. For boys this includes gloves, helmet, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouth guard, cup and stick. For girls this includes stick, mouth guard, eye protection.
Free loaner equipment will be available.

After School Lacrosse - Fall 2011
After School Lacrosse is starting its sixth season as a youth fall lacrosse where the boys and girls of all levels can come learn and play the game of lacrossse. Open to all age groups, 2nd-8th grade, we will be hosting four separate locations on four different days including Waukesha, Brookfield, Hartland and the Northshore.
This weekly program runs for six weeks starting Monday, September 12th. Early registration is encouraged. Format includes warm up, fun and lacrosse games including Chumash and regular lacrosse.
All experience levels are welcome.
Cost is $75 per person. Check location and sign-up online or by mail.
Equipment is available for rental. Required gear includes a helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouth guard and stick (cup is recommended)for boys; stick, mouthguard and goggles for girls. Discounted rental fee is $35 for Fall ball
