Winter Indoor Lacrosse - Sunday's at MOSC

Geared for boy's and girl's in grades 3 - 12th, this instructional program is designed to build a strong foundation for lacrosse. Through skills and drills, coaching and game play, our goal is to have the players become more comfortable, confident and knowledgeable about the game of lacrosse. The box lacrosse environment is key to building strong skills used in both the indoor and outdoor game.
Each session will be fifty-five minutes in length, include skill development, understanding the game, situational concepts and then demonstrating those skills through a controlled scrimmage. There will be three coaches on the field at each session.
Participants will receive a jersey and excellent coaching from our experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff.
There will also be periodic updates and additional information about the lacrosse schedule and teams. Check the website regularly for updates.
Session I - November 11 - December 16(no lacrosse on 11/25)
Session II - January 7 - February 25
Sunday Afternoon: 12:00 - 4:00 PM
- 3rd,- 5th grade - 12:00 - 1:00 PM
- 6th, 7th - 8th grade - 1:00 - 2:00 PM
- High school - 2:00 - 4:00 PM
- 3rd to 8th grade - 3:00 - 4:00 PM - two groups, one field

Players sign up individually or as a team.
Session 1: $145, Early Bird by 10/1 - $135
Session 2 : $205, Early bird by 12/1 - $195
All levels of play are welcome to participate, new and experienced.

Rental equipment will be available at the Hot 4Lax facility during regular business hours. It is highly recommended to stop by the store for equipment fitting and pick-up prior to the first day of the session.

Fall After School Lacrosse 2018
After-school lacrosse will be held in Northshore, Hartland and Brookfield starting September 17th. This is geared for youth lacrosse players in grades 2-8. Fun for all! This is a one day per week for six weeks program that moves to different communities each day.
This program is for boys and girls.
This is a weekly program running from Wednesday, September 19th to Thursday, October 25th.
Early registration is encouraged. Format includes warm up, skills development and lacrosse games including Chumash and regular lacrosse.
All experience levels are welcome.
Cost is $135 per person (includes jersey). Check location and sign-up online or by mail.
Equipment is available for rental. It can be picked up at the Hot4Lax Center prior to the start of lacrosse.
Discounted rental fee is $45 for Fall ball.
Required gear includes:

Hot4Lax Training Academy - Group/Individual Lessons
Work with a coach 1-on-1 or in a small group setting. Coaches will work with players on specific skills and team concepts you don't get in your regular practice sessions.
Player's work on lacrosse specific skills combined with a weekly lacrosse workout. Hot4Lax provides a preseason lacrosse training program to build the strength, confidence and knowledge to cut, feed, dodge, and shoot without hesitation. Define your rhythm and game field sense. Repititional learning with our expert instructors.
Take your Lax game further than you ever thought possible!
Look for Goalie Clinics and Face-off Clinics coming up in August. Work with Coaches on mechanics including stance, form of stepping, angles and stopping the ball.

The Hot4Lax Training Center is located in Waukesha on Bluemound Road on the northside between Home Depot and Sam's Club, accross from Albaneses Restaurant. Lessons can be set up at athletic fields around the Milwaukee area.
The facility is available for hourly rental and parties.
Hot4Lax has been offering equipment rental for our boys and girls indoor and outdoor sessions for ten years.
We have sticks and goggles for girls; helmets, gloves, arm pads and shoulder pads for boys. Equipment is from top brands like STX, Gait, Debeer, Warrior, Brine, Cascade and Harrow. Rent them individually or as a package.
If you are wary about purchasing equipment, rent our equipment on a per session basis until you get your own. Rentals can be rolled over to the next session. A new rental fee is needed for the rollover or the security deposit will be cashed.
Equipment can be picked up at our store in Waukesha during regular business hours. It should be returned by the last day of the session. It is the renters responsibility to return it to the Hot4Lax office by mail, foot or horseback if not returned at the last session.
Please complete form below prior to the start of the program by filling in your personal information, circling equipment needed and sending to HOT4LAX. At the fitting, our experienced staff will fill in the type of equipment and size as they outfit the player. Rental equipment can be purchased.
You are welcome to rollover the rental to the following session/season.
Security Deposit - Two checks are typically collected at the rental - one for the rental of equipment and a second for the security deposit if the gear is not returned in a timely manner. Security deposit will be cashed if the equipment is not returned in good condition or if equipment is not returned by the due date. Credit card can be used for security deposit. Please forward a check to Hot4Lax for the full rental amount and security deposit. All rentals are run through Hot4Lax, LLC.
Late returns will incur a $25 late charge. Equipment rental is non-refundable.

We understand that situations arise that may change plans or make it difficult to make all the sessions. Due to limited field availability, the need to reserve fields far in advance, administration costs and limited space for participants, partial refunds will be allowed within four weeks prior to the start date. No refunds are available once the program begins. However, if participants are unable to attend due to an injury, a portion of the program may be prorated and credit given to future or other programs.
No refunds on rentals after program starts. Rental fees can be used as a credit toward in house purchases if unused. There will be a cleaning charge of $20 because all of our equipment needs to be cleaned before it goes out the door.
Equipment can be returend as long as the tags are in tact and the equipment has not been used in practice or games. A refund will be applicanble in in the first fouteeen days. An in store credit would be applicable for up to thirty days. All closeout and clearance sale items are final.

WI Act 172 - Concussion Information
*** IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THE FOLLOWING IN ITS
On April 2, 2012 the Wisconsin Legislature passed Act 172, a law requiring that all athletes, parents, and coaches participating in youth or High School athletic activity acknowledge by signature that they have been informed about the effects and symptoms of concussion before participating in the sport.
STATE LAW REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOUR ATHLETE WILL BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY LACROSSE ACTIVITIES
1) You and your athlete must review the concussion information sheets available on the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction website.
2) Having reviewed this information, you both you and your athlete are required to sign and return the Concussion Agreement (see below) to Hot4Lax before he/she will be permitted to participate in any lacrosse activities.
