Summer League Lacrosse- Boy's


Have you had enough lacrosse this spring? Want to continue playing throuoghout the summer? Lax it up on the awesome turf at Hart Park. We have one central location for all youth players from the Milwaukee area.

Youth Summer League Lacrosse will be held at Hart Park in Wauwatosa. Boy's Youth will be on Thursday evenings from 6;00 - 9;00 pm. Players will be divided by age and skill level. Coaches are current high school coaches, youth coaches and current college players.

Dates:
Thusday, June 13th to August 5th - no lacrosse on 7/4

Time:
6:00 - 7:30 PM - Rising 4-6th graders
7:30 - 9:00 pm - Rising 7-8th graders

All players will recieve excellent coaching and Hot4Lax jersey.

Online registration is available through the registration tab. Early bird registration of $90 runs through Memorial Day-5/28. Regular registration is $100 until June 13th. On site registration is $110.

On April 2, 2012 the Wisconsin Legislature passed Act 172, a law requiring that all athletes, parents, and coaches participating in youth or High School athletic activity acknowledge by signature that they have been informed about the effects and symptoms of concussion before participating in the sport.  

STATE LAW REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOUR ATHLETE WILL BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY LACROSSE ACTIVITIES
 

2) Having reviewed this information, you both you and your athlete are required to sign and return the Concussion Agreement (see below) to Hot4Lax before he/she will be permitted to participate in any lacrosse activities.

Fall After School Lacrosse 2013

After-school lacrosse will be held in Fox Point, Waukesha, Hartland and Brookfield starting September 16th. This is geared for youth lacrosse players (boy's) in grades 2-8. Fun for all!

This is a weekly program running for six weeks from Monday, September 16h to Thursday, October 21st. Early registration is encouraged. Format includes warm up, skills development and lacrosse games including Chumash and regular lacrosse.

All experience levels are welcome.
Cost is $85 per person. Check location and sign-up online or by mail.

Equipment is available for rental.  Discounted rental fee is $35 for Fall ball.  Required gear includes:

  • Helmet
  • Gloves
  • Arm pads
  • Shoulder pads
  • Mouth guard
  • Stick
  • Cup (recommended for boys)

Winter Indoor Lacrosse at BISC

Fall 2013; Brookfield Indoor Soccer Complex - Brookfield, WI

Geared for boy's and girl's in grades 2 - 8th, this instructional program is designed to build a strong foundation for lacrosse. Through skills and drills, coaching and scrimmages, our goal is to have the players become more comfortable, confident and knowledgeable about the game of lacrosse. The box lacrosse environmnet is key to building strong skills used in both the indoor and outdoor game.

Youth sessions will be fifty-five minutes in length, include skill development, understanding the game, situational concepts and then demonstrating those skills through a controlled scrimmage. There will be three coaches on the field at each session.

Participants will receive a jersey and excellent coaching from our experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff.
There will also be periodic updates and additional information about the lacrosse schedule and teams. Check the website regularly for updates.

Players sign up individually or as a team. 

On site registration is available based on space. However, there is an additional $15 walk-up fee. Registration form is attached at the bottom of the section.

Rental equipment will be available at the Hot 4Lax facility during regular business hours. It is highly recommended to stop by the store for equipment fitting and pick-up prior to the first day of the session.

Refund Policy

Due to limited field availability, the need to reserve fields far in advance and limited space for participants, partial refunds will be allowed within four weeks prior to the start date. No refunds are available once the program begins. However, if participants are unable to attend due to an injury, a portion of the program may be prorated and credit given to future or other programs.
No refunds on rentals after program starts.

Hot4Lax Training Academy - Group/Individual Lessons

Work with a coach 1-on-1 or in a small group setting. Coaches will work with players on specific skills and team concepts you don't get in your regular practice sessions.

Players can work on lacrosse specific skills combined with a weekly lacrosse workout. Hot4Lax provides a preseason lacrosse training program to build the strength, confidence and knowledge to cut, feed, dodge, and shoot without hesitation. Define your rhythm and game field sense.
Take your Lax game further than you ever thought possible!

Time Available: The facility is available continuously during the week. Open weekdays in September to March from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; weekends 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Summer time essons can be during the day.

Group Lessons on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Individuals on Tuesday afternoons, Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Look for Goalie Clinics and Face-off Clinics coming up in June.

Cost: 
Individual - $60, two people - $50, three people -$40, four per group - $30.
Players can sign up for five, ten or fifteen sessions. Discounts apply o multipe sessions.

The Hot4Lax Training Center is located in Waukesha on Bluemound Road between Home Depot and Sam's Club, west of the Texas Road House.

The facility is available for hourly rental and parties.

New & Used Equipment - Buy & Sell

Along with the increased interest in lacrosse, there has been a turn over in lacrosse gear. If you are looking to purchase some slightly used or newer gear, please let me know what you are looking for. We have a number of helmets, gloves, arm pads, and shoulder pads that are looking for a new home.

If you have equipment that you wish to sell or donate, we will give store credit toward new gear or sell on consignment. We will be able to put it to good use. For some it is an economical way to get into lacrosse. Slightly used equipment starts at $15. Get properly fitted.

Equipment Rental

Hot4Lax is now offering equipment rental for our boys and girls indoor and outdoor sessions!

We have sticks and goggles for girls; helmets, gloves, arm pads and shoulder pads for boys. Equipment is from top brands like STX, Gait, Debeer, Warrior, Brine, Cascade, Riddell and Harrow. Rent them individually or as a package.

If you are wary about purchasing equipment, rent our equipment on a per session basis until you get your own. Rentals can be rolled over to the next session. A new rental fee is needed for the rollover or the security deposit will be cashed.

Equipment can be picked up at our store in Waukesha from 2:00 pm to 7:00 PM starting September 6th. It should be returned by the last day of the session. It is the renters responsibility to return it to the Hot4Lax office by mail, foot or horseback if not returned at the last session.

Please complete form below prior to the start of the program by filling in your personal information, circling equipment needed and sending to HOT4LAX. At the fitting, our experienced staff will fill in the type of equipment and size as they outfit the player. Rental equipment can be purchased.

You are welcome to rollover the rental to the following session/season.
Security Deposit - Two checks are typically collected at the rental - one for the rental of equipment and a second for the security deposit if the gear is not returned in a timely manner. Security deposit will be cashed if the equipment is not returned in good condition or if equipment is not returned by the due date. Credit card can be used for security deposit. Please forward a check to Hot4Lax for the full rental amount and security deposit.All rentals are run through Hot4Lax, LLC.
