Session I - October 30th to December 18th
Sunday Afternoon:
1:00 - 2:00 PM - Girls 7th-12th grade
2:00 - 3:00 PM - Youth: 4th, 5th & 6th grade
3:00 - 4:00 PM - Youth: 7th & 8th grade
4:00 - 5:00 PM - High School Level I
(freshman, sophomores & novices)
5:00 - 6:00 PM - High School Level II
(experienced players)

Note: there will be no lacrosse November 27th.

Session II - January 8th to March 19th
Sunday Afternoon:
2:00 - 3:00 PM - Youth: 4th,5th & 6th grade
3:00 - 4:00 PM - Youth: 7th & 8th grade
4:00 - 5:00 PM - High School Level I
5:00 - 6:00 PM - High School Level II (experienced players)

Note: No lacrosse on March 5th.

All Sessions will be an hour in length. It will include skill development, understanding the game, situational concepts and then demonstrating those skills through a controlled scrimmage. There will be three coaches on the field at each session.

All participants can enroll by the session or for the whole season. Participant will receive a jersey, and excellent coaching from our experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff. There will also be a spot on the web-site for updated information about the lacrosse program, links to other sites; and stats through the season.

All levels of play are welcome to participate, new and experienced.
